Unpaid debts

Craig Harold from Larsen Asphalts and Construction owes me thousands of dollars and has done for over a year.

He has promised to pay me many times now but has not honoured his promises. He hasn’t even had the decency to contact me and let me know when he intends to give me any money. There is no dispute over the debt, he has just decided not to pay. Even though his company has been issued with a statutory demand and is going to be put into liquidation, he is still ignoring me. He must be paying others though because he is still trading.

So this is a warning to anyone that reads this message. Tell everyone that you know, I would advise them not to deal with Craig Harold, or Larsen Asphalts and Construction. I would advise that you do not work for him, do not supply any materials to him, do not deal with him in any way. He will end up cheating you out of your money.

Even if he does pay you what you are due, you will have to give it all back to the liquidator under the voidable transactions section of The Companies Act 1993.

Don’t get caught by this man, don’t trust him!!!!!!!!!!!
